Sourcing the perfect raw material
We carefully hand-pick the raw material (coconut) from our traditional coconut cultivating localities. Only the best entrants that meet the quality standards are allowed inside the facility for the extraction process.
From husk to pith
The coir beater machine starts its process of breaking down the raw coconut husk into fiber. The machine separates the pith from the fiber which is then extracted through the conveyer belt as the fresh coconut pith.
Extensive Washing
The fresh coconut pith undergoes an extensive method of washing with the help of water sprinklers to reduce the salt content and is made sure that the resulting pith meets the accurate EC and PH values as per strict RHP standards.
Drying and Compressing
The pith is dried under the natural sunlight to ensure that it is free from weeds and harmful germs or bacteria. This is then compressed by passing it though the compressor machine to meet the required dimension and packaging. The end product can be customized into size ranging from 325 grams to 5 kilos and from cubes to blocks as per demand.

Lay Flat Bags
Lay flat bags are packed with blends of husk chips and coir plates to help in the faster growth of soft fruits, salad crops and cannabis cultivation by improving the air circulation and irrigation facilities.
Naked Blocks
These are similar to lay flat bags but made with a combination of coco peat and coco chips for growing vegetables and soft fruits by providing incredible water resistance and drainage options to plant roots.
